30-Day Micro-Reflection Leadership Programme

Committing to this 30-day programme is your investment in you as the leader you can become.
With just a few minutes of reflection each day, you’ll uncover patterns of thinking and behaviour, recognise your strengths and gain insights into the areas you need to work on. These daily moments will help you reconnect with your purpose, sharpen your self-awareness, and lead with greater clarity and confidence. It’s not about doing more - activity doesn't always equal impact. It is about showing up with intention and integrity.

The 30-Day Leadership Micro-Reflection Calendar is designed to help you build a daily habit of mindful leadership. Each day provides a short, thought-provoking prompt to deepen your self-awareness, strengthen your decision-making, and grow your confidence as a leader. Incotec and Croda Release Whitepaper on Regenerative Agriculture
