Our consultancy and advisory services spans a wide range of subject areas, including strategic development, organisational resilience, leadership, governance, risk and preparedness, food systems, food integrity, sustainability, rural development, and professional capability. We combine strategic insight with practical experience, helping organisations translate ideas into meaningful outcomes. We work alongside leaders, teams, businesses, charities, and public sector organisations to understand their unique context, identify opportunities, and develop solutions that are both evidence-informed and grounded in the realities of day-to-day practice.
Whether you are developing new policy, evaluating policy and programmes, facilitating stakeholder engagement, or designing innovative approaches to emerging challenges, we provide independent expertise tailored to your objectives. We believe that successful consultancy is about more than delivering recommendations. It is about building capability, and leaving organisations stronger than when we began working together. Each project is designed around your needs and may include strategic advice, facilitation, workshops, research and evidence reviews, programme design, evaluation, mentoring, executive coaching, or ongoing advisory support. We invite you to explore some of our recent projects and advisory roles below to see how we have supported organisations across different sectors and disciplines in the last twelve months.
