But awareness, intention, and continual growth, personally and professionally.  

Every insight you’ve gained is a stepping stone toward the leader you are becoming. You’ve built the habit of reflection, one of the most powerful tools any leader can cultivate. And this practice doesn’t need to end here. You can repeat the calendar, expand it, or carry your favourite prompts into your daily routine. What matters most is that you continue to lead with clarity, courage, and purpose. Leadership isn’t a destination, it’s a lifelong journey. And over the last 30 days, you’ve taken a meaningful step forward. Thank you for showing up for yourself.

NFU Tenants Conference

  It was really interesting to go to the NFU Tenants Conference last week and here a presentation by Alan Laidlaw, the Commissioner for the Tenant Farming Sector . In England, 45% of holdings are either wholly tenanted or mixed tenure, and a third of all agricultural land in England is tenanted. This leadership role has a wide remit and significant potential for positive outcomes and impacts.  This role will require courageous leadership  the subject of a previous post on this blog.
